ZASH Boutique is pleased to offer free in-person pickup to our local customers from our warehouse location. Customers may pick up their order Monday-Saturday. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up via phone and/or email. If you need an item ASAP, please contact us at info.zashboutique@gmail.com and we may be able to assist you in getting a faster pick up. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays will be available the following business day for pickup.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
- Shop your cute, comfy need now pieces
- Choose the in-person pickup option at checkout
- Place your order and wait to receive a “Ready for Pickup” email or text.
(Email will be sent separate from your order confirmation)
- Bring your photo ID, credit card used for purchase and email confirmation
- Head to the warehouse. Let us know when you are outside by texting the phone number in the email.
- Order will be verified. Then handed over to you
- You leave as a SATISFIED CUSTOMER!
If you would like to have your order picked up by someone else, you must send us an email from the email address provided at checkout with the person’s name and they too must show a valid photo id, the credit card used for purchase, copy of your ID and your order number at the time of pick-up. We will not be able to locate your order without this information.
We will hold your order for 7 days from the date you received the “Ready for Pickup” email. We will send a reminder email after 4 days of holding your item(s). If order is not picked up after 7 days your item(s) will be returned, and you will be issued a store credit to your online account. If you decide that you would like to have your order shipped instead, you may purchase a shipping label to have your order shipped to your home address.
You have 5 days from the day you picked up your order to return item(s) for store credit. See our Return Policy for eligible returns
**Please note, that the warehouse does NOT have fitting rooms and is strictly for pick-up.
