Shipping
Thank you for visiting and shopping at ZASH, LLC a women's clothing and accessories Boutique (www.zashboutique.com) We ship all of our orders via USPS and occasionally UPS.
We currently only ship within the US and US Territories (Puerto Rico and Guam). We do not ship to P.O Boxes or Internationally.
We do ship to APO/FPO/ DPO addresses via USPS Standard Shipping. We estimate 15 business days for delivery once the order has been processed and shipped, however, some destinations may take longer.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame, please make sure to double check that your shipping and billing address information and merchandise is correct before submitting your order. Please make sure your address is formatted correctly (abbreviations, apartment/building number and have spaces inserted properly) or this will cause a delay with your shipment. If there is an issue with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve the issue.
Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. However, in most cases, If you realize that you've entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible info.zashboutique@gmail.com. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Processing and Delivery Times
Once your payment is authorized and verified, we work really hard to process and ship our orders the same or the next business day, typically, All orders are processed within 1-3 days and standard shipping takes between 3-8 business days, for destinations within the United States.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, Holidays, or Inclement Weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. Please allow additional days for delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please keep in mind, orders placed on Friday after 4pm and weekends will be processed the next business day.
*Please note Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time (this does not include custom delays, weekends, holiday periods, and any unforeseen circumstances)
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS or UPS please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to be updated once email is received. Once your package leaves our facility we no longer have control over your package.
ZASH, LLC does not hold responsibility for package that states delivered, loss, stolen, packages that was sent to the wrong address or packages that states undeliverable. You can submit a claim online with USPS or UPS. If a shipment is refused or returned to us, you will be contacted via e-mail and is responsible for any shipping costs if you choose to re-attempt delivery. If not paid within 7 days, your order will be processed for a return and you will be given store credit minus the original shipping charge. WE DO NOT ISSUE STORE CREDIT/REFUND FOR PACKAGES THAT STATES DELIVERED.
